Thank you for creating a SnapEval account for your team!
It only takes a few minutes to configure your new account. Here are some resources to help:
- Welcome Video - Introduces basic concepts and demonstrates how to capture and view employee performance feedback in the SnapEval web portal and mobile app.
- Support Page - A complete library of videos that demonstrate how to use and configure all SnapEval features.
All settings for your SnapEval account are configured through the Manage Organization page, which can be accessed through the "Manage Organization" link in the menu bar when logged into your account.
Here's a checklist of core settings for your account, and the icon on the Manage Organization page that you'll use to configure them:
Update and/or add organization-wide goals.
Update the organization-wide achievement levels.
Add your team members. Be sure to define the reporting relationships (who reports to whom) when adding them.
You can also configure advanced settings for your account, if and when you deside to do so:
Create groups, assign group administrators, add group goals, assign team members to groups.
Enable 360 degree feedback, enable team-level feedback, enable external feedback, enable and configure feedback queuing.
